When you are a patient at Raum Family Dentistry, you will always be treated with respect. You will always be presented all of your options and told the advantages and disadvantages of each option. We will never assume what treatment you can afford or would prefer. We make treatment recommendations based on what is best for your tooth or health - not based on what insurance may arbitrarily decide to cover. We will always put your health and comfort above all else. And if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will do everything possible to remedy your concern.
We accept and file for all non-DMO dental insurance plans, and we are in-network with most plans. We also have several options for patients who need to make alternative financial arrangements, including limited in-house payment plans for certain procedures and interest-free third party financing through Care Credit. Amanda, Kaite, LaUna, Katherine, or Kim will be happy to discuss options for your specific case.

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company - we are not a party to the agreement and do not have any control over coverage. We will do our best to estimate your portion due at the time of service based on information provided by your insurance company via online benefit verification, but due to the complexity and intricacies of each dental policy, we cannot ascertain your portion exactly until the insurance claim has settled. We recommend you verify your insurance coverage directly with your insurance company before initiating any treatment.
